In 2009 Universal Navigation established a vegetable oil solvent plant in Pakistan that crushes and refines oil seeds (predominantly soybean, canola seed, and sunflower seed) into cooking oil and meal. The oil is catered for the local market whereas the meal is usually exported to South East Asian countries and the Far East.
